A. It includes a 30-minute session for 1 family at a location of your choice (in your home or at the park). You’ll receive 20 professionally edited digital images, with the option to purchase additional images or prints.
Can I split my portrait sessions (e.g., one for family, one for personal)?
A. Yes, sessions can be split, but each one counts as a separate session and needs to be scheduled individually. Let us know your preferences when you're booking.
Are the savings real, and how are they calculated?
A. Yes, the savings reflect the regular cost of individual services compared to the discounted subscription price. For example, a $150 portrait session is included in the Essential plan, which costs only $120 annually.
What is the exact duration of a session?
A. Each session is 30 minutes. If you need extra time, additional charges apply based on our hourly rate.
What is the refund or cancellation policy for a subscription?
A. Subscriptions are refundable only if they haven't been used in the past year. If you've already used any benefits, you won’t be able to cancel until the next yearly cycle.
What happens if I don’t use my annual sessions? Can they roll over?
A. Unused sessions do not roll over, so we encourage you to book them before your subscription period ends.
How far in advance do I need to book my session?
A. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
What type of events qualify for discounts under the event booking offer?
A. The discount applies to weddings, family events, birthdays, anniversaries, and any other non-commercial gatherings.
What does "polaroid coverage" include in the Elite package?
A. Polaroid coverage captures candid moments from your event, with up to 30 instant prints collected in a special album and handed to you after the event.
What is the difference between "M size" and "L size" photo books?
A. The "M size" photo book holds up to 30 photos, while the "L size" can hold up to 50. Both feature premium paper and stunning layouts.
Can I customize the photo book design?
A. You can customize the text on the front, but the layout is done by me.
Do the discounts and credits apply to all services, or are there exclusions?
A. Discounts apply to all eligible services except promotional packages and already-discounted items.
How do I refer someone, and how is the referral credit applied?
A. Share your unique referral code or link. Once your referral subscribes, your credit will be applied to your account within 30 days.
Can I upgrade my subscription tier during the year?
A. Yes, you can upgrade anytime by paying the pro-rated difference between the two plans.
Are the photo sessions held in a studio, or can they be on location?
A. The sessions take place at a location of your choice. Currently, there’s no studio option available.
Do you provide digital copies of the photos, and is there an additional charge for them?
A. Yes, digital copies are included in your package. Additional high-resolution files can be purchased separately.
What editing is included in the packages?
A. Each package includes basic retouching, color correction, and cropping. Advanced editing can be requested at an additional cost.
How do I redeem the credit for closed referrals?
A. Referral credits are automatically added to your account and can be used toward future bookings or product purchases.
Can I gift one of my sessions to a friend or family member?
A. Yes, sessions can be gifted with prior notice, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of the subscription.
What is the quality and format of the prints or photo books provided?
A. We use high-quality, archival-grade materials to ensure your prints and books last for decades.
What happens if I want a longer session than what's offered?
A. You can extend your session for an additional fee based on our standard hourly rate.
Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
A. There are no hidden fees. Optional add-ons, such as advanced editing or extra prints, are transparently priced.
What days and times are available for portrait bookings?
A. Sessions are available Sunday through Friday. Fridays are half-day bookings, and Saturday bookings are unavailable.
What is the turnaround time for receiving edited photos or photo books?
A. Edited photos are delivered within a week, and photo books are ready within four weeks after the layout is approved.
Are additional photo books available for purchase at a discount?
A. Yes, subscribers get a 10% discount on additional photo books.
What equipment or setup is used during the sessions?
A. We use professional-grade cameras, lighting, and lenses to ensure the highest quality photos.
Are there additional packages or services not included in the subscription tiers?
A. Yes, we offer commercial photography, custom event coverage, and advanced editing packages separately.
